How to Calculate Zakat al-Maal for Silver?

As well as the gold, the silver has two points of term that must be fit before a A Muslim is obligated to pay zakat al-Maal for the silver owned. Terms of zakat for the silver: 

1. The silver is owned a year. The silver that is owned less than a year is not obligated for zakat. 
2. Reaching Nisab. The Nisab for silver is  595 grams of pure silver.

How to calculate my zakat of silver? 

1. For the silver that is not used or stored, or only used once a year the way to calculate is:

      Total amount of silver  x the silver price x 2.5 %.

2. For the combination of the stored and the used gold.

(Owned silver - used silver) x silver price x 2.5 %.
